Appointments: Policy & procedure

I prefer to have appointments be made 24 hrs in advance, but there are opportunities to get in on short term visits. Please call or text if you are on a shorter time frame. 

Calls or text to my number are great, best to leaving a message.  Online scheduling is available for some time slots. Find this at https://www.schedulicity.com/scheduling/LBL9ZP - However, text or calls may get a quicker more accurate response.

Better to be 10  minutes early rather than 1 minute late.  First time client may want to arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake information.  Plan on at least 1.5-2 hrs for first visit, if possible (for 60+ minute massage)

Late arrivals: Generally, this could mean the loss of time in the session equivalent to the time a client was late. Communication is key if either party will be late,

Cancelations:  Life is unavoidable, understood.  Those appointments canceled with less than 24 hrs notice could be subject to billing  at full price of the session.  Again, communication is key.

No Call No Shows: Client could be billed for the entire cost of the session.  No promotions or special pricing will be issued to the client.  Each case is handled on an individual basis.
